[ENHANCEMENT] Include links to related Chrome-authored content

Starting today, you can find mappings of web-features IDs and BCD keys to links to Chrome-authored content on web.dev and developer.chrome.com. The mappings are published at:

• https://web.dev/web-features.json
• https://developer.chrome.com/web-features.json

It could be useful to surface links to this related content in the API and web UI for developers to learn more about the features.

For now, we only provide the content URLs, but it should also be possible to include additional metadata like title, author, etc. LMK what would be useful.

Hey @rviscomi, do you think that mapping could land in https://github.com/web-platform-dx/web-features-mappings/tree/main/mappings? We already pull from there for standard positions. That way, when we start pulling in the MDN docs, we could also pull in that mapping too

Yeah I made a proposal for the web.dev mapping here: web-platform-dx/web-features-mappings#26. If we can also land the dcc mapping, we can ideally get it all in one go. Not sure if either one will land though.
