unable to configure for use with Google Drive

I get "Unfortunately Application has stopped..." every time I click on "Google Drive, Google Map Engine" choice in Platform selector for configuring server. I'm not sure if it's just my device... I use Nexus 4 with Android 5.1.1 on it. I uninstalled/installed the GeoODK Collect several times with the same result. Regular ODK Collect works fine in Google Drive configuration on this device
