#files and #directories do not include symlinks

Sending #files or #directories returns a list of files and directories in a directory. It does not include the associated symlinks that reference files or directories.

A symlink referencing a file, should be included in the result of #files. A symlink referencing a directory, should be included in the result of #directories.
