As far as I know there is not a Linux option provided by the game's developers, which makes it kind of hard for LGSM to add it.

I've spun up an extra Windows box for running this server, but a LGSM addition would be way nicer. Hopefully the game dev's can provide a Linux dedicated server. That would also help with server availability I'd say.

Nice game btw; Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, the dedicated server runs lightly, a small instance will probably do.

Thanks for your message bhulsman. Then let's hope they will add a Linux Version of the gameserver. Are there any "Best Practices" to ask them for a Linux version? :-)
