CustomSettingsPath on older patches breaks Independence FM #1
Description
Complete Scan in Audio menu aborts without showing scan progress.
Folder "{CUSTOM_SETTINGS_FOLDER}\User Music" is created but files ufile.dat and utracks.dat there (scanned media DB) have zero length.
Observed on 1.0.3.0 and 1.0.4.0 EFIGS (and maybe older) patches. Russian patch 4 (1.0.3.1), International patch 5 (1.0.0.4) and later work OK.
