Frame Limit Calculation #75

Not an issue, just a question: if a frame limit configuration of 30 is correct for 25fps, as 105 is for 60fps, what's the calculation to arrive at something else? For example, on my 90hz Steamdeck, 45fps is a real good place to be. I assume a configuration of 73 is about right here?
