Resizing options

Hi Team,
I am looking for options to implement charts in my project. I cam across Victory charts and I am intrigued by the options it provides. My question is - "does it provide automatic resizing when the tab is resized by user? Does it reload all the data of the charts again as my charts have heavy data to pull every time charts are resized and this a something I am looking for?"
It will really help me in my project, if you could take few minutes to answer this query.

The Victory charts are responsive SVGs and will resize themselves automatically within their container.

The data only loads one time and will not reload when the size changes.
