This document describes the trademark associated with Forgemind AI and the terms under which it may (and may not) be used. It is separate from any software license that may govern the source code in this repository: a software license grants rights to the code; this policy governs the brand.
The mark described below is owned by Forgemind Techhub LLP ("Forgemind",
"we", "us"), the maintainer of this repository
(https://github.com/Forgemind-git/ForgeChat) and of the products published
under the forgemind.space domain.

This mark may be registered or unregistered. Absence of the ® or ™ symbol in any given context does not constitute a waiver of any rights.
Other names that appear in this repository — including "ForgeChat", "ForgeCRM", and any "Forge*" product names — are not claimed as trademarks under this policy. "ForgeChat" is the name of this project and "Forgemind Techhub LLP" is the name of its owner; neither is a covered mark.
You may use the Forgemind AI mark without prior written permission only for the following nominative ("fair use") purposes, provided the use is truthful, not misleading, and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by Forgemind:
- Referential mention — referring to Forgemind AI by name in articles, documentation, reviews, tutorials, or comparisons (e.g. "built by the team behind Forgemind AI").
- Accurate attribution — crediting Forgemind Techhub LLP as the origin of this software.
When making such references, use the mark in its exact spelling and capitalization — Forgemind AI — not "forgemind ai", "ForgeMind AI", or "Forge Mind AI".
Except with prior written permission from Forgemind Techhub LLP, you may not:
- Use the Forgemind AI mark, or a confusingly similar name, as the name of your own product, service, company, domain name, social-media handle, or application.
- Use the mark in a way that suggests Forgemind sponsors, endorses, is affiliated with, or is the source of your product or service.
- Register, or attempt to register, the Forgemind AI mark (or a confusingly similar mark) as a trademark, domain name, or business name.
- Use the mark for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that disparages or damages the reputation or goodwill of Forgemind or its products.
- Distribute a modified version of this software under the Forgemind AI mark. If you are permitted to redistribute modified code, you must do so under a different name and remove any references that imply origin from or endorsement by Forgemind.
ForgeChat's source code is distributed under the Sustainable Use License. Nothing in that license grants any right to use the Forgemind AI trademark, and nothing in this document grants any license to the source code. Trademark rights are not licensed merely because the code is shared, viewed, or forked.
ForgeChat is built to work with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), and references the names and products of Meta Platforms, Inc. and its subsidiaries throughout this repository, its documentation, and its UI for purely descriptive, nominative purposes.
- WhatsApp, the WhatsApp logo, WhatsApp Business, and WhatsApp Business Platform are trademarks of WhatsApp LLC.
- Meta, the Meta logo, Meta Business Suite, Facebook, and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
ForgeChat is an independent application. ForgeChat (and Forgemind Techhub LLP) is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or otherwise officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. Any references to these names are for the sole purpose of identifying the underlying service that ForgeChat integrates with, in accordance with the relevant brand guidelines.
All other product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.
Forgemind Techhub LLP may update this policy at any time. The version in the default branch of this repository governs current use.
