Support custom fields in flagsmith_feature resources

If a [custom field](https://docs.flagsmith.com/administration-and-security/governance-and-compliance/custom-fields) is created via the UI, there's no way to set it via terraform. If a custom field is set and marked mandatory, all future flag creations via terraform will fail since there's no way to set metadata via terraform.
