Add Action "Run commandline" / Add Variable automatically being an Local-Env-Var

in the dev version, the actions could get a boost, if it would be possible to add a commandline to trigger, so I could add
powershell ~\Documents\doWhatever.ps1 param1

Having the "add variable" actually being a environment-variable (app scope suffices) would make it even more helpful

Why? Having a tool show flashing a windows transparant overlay showing some icon / text of what was done

AND

have Filter be able to get result from the commandline param (Proccess ERRORLEVEL) to get a true or false ...

Why? So I can add a check for the commandline used to start steam with big-picture to switch the output to HDMI, otherwise to headset.
