Keyboard shortcut works only with EN keyboard selected

I use both English and Ukrainian keyboards in my Pop_os 22.04 installation. The keyboard shortcut works in English, but not when the Ukrainian keyboard is selected. It doesn't react simply.

try another keybind. your ime is probably hogging the keybind event before emoji-copy.
