UC2 - Capture ontology mapping provenance

Provenance about ontology annotation (which terms are used to describe the data) and provenance of the ontology mapping (which other vocabularies can be linked to) must be retained so when new ontology versions are released, if things go wrong I can audit where and when a problem was introduced
