Windows Installer fails (18.1-2) with a variety of errors

Tcl_ListObjAppendElement called with shared object among many other random error messages on each installer run. I've checked Windows Updates, repaired the Microsoft Redistributables, explicitly run the installer as administrator, etc. Unfortunately, the debug logs appear to be encrypted or encoded.

How did you generate these debug logs? Can you also share the installation log that installer would have created in system temp during the installation? That log contains the actual error, so we can help.

I didn't create the XML files, there were created during the failed install process. Here are the installerbuilder log files.

[installbuilder_installer.log] doesn't provide much details. Please try running the installer EXE on CMD with "-debugtrace debug.txt" option and share the debug.txt file.
