Postgresql 18,17,16 post Installation Error on Windows 11

By installing Postgresql 18 or 17 or 16 on Windows 11 I had the following error message .

Hi, the installer logs all the installation details in the log with the name install-postgresql.log in the %TEMP% directory. That log gives us debug information and will be helpful to know the cause of the failure.
