Estimator needs to account for rewards that are claimed during operations

Before we estimate the value of a strategy, we claim rewards. The estimator script needs to account for these claims to determine the value of the strategy before any deposits or withdraws are estimated.

Goal is to refactor to only rely on the ControllerLibrary, that way the StrategyController doesn't have to be aware of the lens contract or do any checks
