Bump rollup, Vue and other dev deps

Update package-lock.json to bump multiple dev dependencies and their platform packages: rollup (4.60.4 -> 4.61.1) and its optional platform packages, Vue packages (@vue/*) from 3.5.34 -> 3.5.38, @babel/parser/@babel/types/@babel helpers to 7.29.7, postcss to 8.5.15, @iconify-json/simple-icons to 1.2.86, @types/estree to 1.0.9, property-information to 7.2.0, and other minor/patch dependency updates. Regenerates the lockfile to pick up fixes, compatibility improvements and updated integrity hashes.
