Universal damage multiplier

Basically a damage slider for all VJ-Base NPCs' attacks + NPCS firing in full auto with weapons that are viable for it

Unfortunately something like this wouldn't be reliable at all as developers use wide range of different ways to apply damage, I wouldn't be able to add an option that could override all of them. This is better done per pack rather than a base-wide option to ensure its reliability.

It's ok! My suggestion's main focus is around the NPCs in the Resurgence pack anways. Would it still be possible or various NPCs in said pack also use different ways to apply damage?

Even for HLR it wouldn't be fully reliable, best thing would be to use the difficulty system to make the NPCs easier / harder if that's your goal
