Overview
This repository provides an open-source Qiskit implementation of the fixed, non-adaptive Tensor P2 quantum kernel.
The implementation reflects a constrained quantum traversal framework designed to maintain coherence stability under fixed kernel conditions, consistent with experimentally demonstrated behavior.
