Github username checks don't currently handle when someone adds an organization name #147
Description
The issue checker says they're not in the denhac organization and the website itself didn't prevent them from adding that name. We need to update both the website and webhooks code to handle this issue. The website being updated should prevent new entries for the most part, unless someone does some GitHub username hopping. The webhook issue would just be there for redundancy at that point.
