Groundwater fluxes boezems #460
Description
I performed a small check on the groundwater fluxes for the coupled LHM with the offline groundwater fluxes. I noticed that the yearly maximum drainage and infiltration fluxes in the boezems are zero for both infiltration as well as drainage. The boezems in peilbeheerst NL only have a doorgaand bakje, not a bergende. This error will be small for water authorities with relatively small areas of boezem (i.e. Scheldestromen), but is significant for Zuiderzeeland.
Below I have only plotted the values for the bergende bakjes. If a bergende bakje was not present, the doorgaand bakje has been chosen.

If the model is validated on these offline budgets, it is (for Zuiderzeeland) crucial to fix. Is this something you can look into @HendrikKok?
Follow up question: will the fluxes be correct with an online coupling if there is no bergende bakje?
