RISM RDF conversion produces inconsistent Wikidata URI protocols (HTTPS vs HTTP)

Our RDF conversion is using https://www.wikidata.org/entity/ for RISM data, while the other databases use http://www.wikidata.org/entity/, complicating querying (especially for LLMs that might not know this). We should modify the RDF conversion script to use the http version since that's what Wikidata uses.
