Encodings dataset in The Global Jukebox may be worth ingesting

In the 2025 LinkedMusic Meeting, Cory McKay suggested keeping the information in the Codings dataset in The Global Jukebox as string literals. We should come back to this when we revisit The Global Jukebox.
