Should add link to Cantus Database #132
Description
With CantusDB #980, we're adding a link to the footer on each page linking to the "Cantus Team", pointing to https://ddmal.music.mcgill.ca. Visiting this page, there is no mention of Cantus Database. It might be worth adding something about CantusDB to the page.
