[Support Request]: ex-installer is in a loop by manage the arduino cli

0.0.20 (cli 0.35.3)

Issue description

When i start ex-installer it stays in a loop.

• checking arduino cli version
• obtaining list of installed libraries
• updating core index
• installing package Espressif ESP32
• refreshing arduino CLI board list

• and start over again by checking arduino cli version

ex-installer version 0.0.20
arduino cli version installed 0.35.3

Hi

i deleted the map C:\Users...\AppData\Local\Arduino15
after that i started ex-installer agian and it works, but
espressif ESP32 is not enabled. if i enable it it still hangs in the loop.

EX-Installer and Arduino IDE use some of the same folders.
Perhaps you have Arduino IDE open, and it has automatic updates enabled.
