Retire bounds on parametric distributions

They make it hard to interpret in a generative framework.
TruncatedRealDistribution can be used to enforce strict upper and lower bounds.

The implication is that parameters should now inspect the distribution that generates them (typically part of their output) about lower and upper bounds.
