Nested input editor doesn't scroll

Opening a nested input editor (for instance to edit a parameter initial value) gives a window that doesn't scroll, so the only way to access options at the bottom is to make the window larger
(obviously here I could just access the tip dates elsewhere, but if the option wanted is not available elsewhere it could be an issue)
