"Tunnel" Label for cco:ont00000704 is either Incorrect or Definition is too Restrictive

In the Artifact Ontology you'll find, in brief:

• cco:ont00000704 rdfs:label "Tunnel"
• skos:definition "A Land Transportation Artifact that is designed to enable Ground Vehicles to travel underneath a surrounding soil, earth, or rock formation.

The label is either misleading (as this would be more appropriately labeled something like "Land Transportation Tunnel" and should be changed to reflect the definition, or the label is correct and the definition should be revised to be less restrictive, e.g. underwater tunnels are arguably tunnels that would not fall under the current definition.

I suggest updating the label to reflect the definition.

Per discussion in the 10-21-25 CCO Mission Sprint meeting and updated in light of today's meeting, the following changes were identified:

1. Definition of Tunnel needs to be updated to allow more than just Ground Vehicles – recommend deleting this phrase so it just reads "...to enable travel..."
2. Move Tunnel outside of Land and Water Transportation Artifacts since it can be either/both
3. Allow non-human agents (e.g., ants) to build and use tunnels
4. Relabel Tunnel to be Constructed Tunnel to clarify that, e.g., natural caves, are not tunnels
5. Add a scope note about excluding caves and pipes as tunnels
6. Update the definition source because the current permalink defines tunnels as underground only

Related issues:

1. Trail should be relabeled as 'Overland Trailor perhapsConstructed Trail` to clarify that it is a land transportation artifact and does not apply to, e.g., routes in the water or air that marine life or birds traverse
2. Bridge definition needs to be expanded to include animals as entities using them, e.g., a grassy bridge built over a highway to reduce car accidents with wildlife
3. When does a bridge become a tunnel? Or, put another way, When does a bridge create a tunnel under it?
