Sharing of generic Elements does not work

Expected Behavior

When a generic Element is shared, the shared Collection with the selected user(s) is created and contains the shared Element

Current Behavior

The shared collection is created and the user it's shared with gets a notification but the collection is empty and contains no Element.
If I reproduce the steps below with a standard Chemotion Element instead of a LabIMotion Element, the shared Elements show up for both user accounts. Synchronizing a collection containing generic Elements instead of sharing select generic Elements works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create and save a generic Element
2. selelt the Element and share it via the share button
3. select a user to share with (in my case with "write" permission)
4. Share the Element
5. Look into the shared collection in "Shared by me" area, there are no Elements visible in the corresponding generic Element tab
6. Log in as the second user, there are no Elements visible in the "Shared with me" area.
