lang: Add localization: en-GB (#192)

Adds localization for English (United Kingdom)

Adds the `en-GB` locale, including the corresponding translation file and documentation with updated screenshots for all supported languages.

This change also updates the list of available languages in the UI and sorts them alphabetically.
