Improve datastore #20
Description
With etcd, the datastore will become obsolete.
Service directory will still use it, but the way it works will be dramatically changed: it was made for when we used to send only one event at a time, but we've been sending multiple events at the same time now, so it needs to be changed with a different algorithm.
