Add description slot to other form controls

Context

We added a description slot to cc-picker (between the legend and the form control content).

Proposal

Consider adding the same description slot to the other form control components for consistency. This could be useful for other forms or creation tunnels that need additional context between the label and the control.

This issue is meant to track the idea for future discussion.
