Integrate `TASK_IN_PROGRESS` state in app-status

Investigate how tasks work and if they properly use this state on deployments.
If so, maybe consider integrating this in the https://github.com/CleverCloud/clever-client.js/blob/master/esm/utils/app-status.js and adapt console and components accordingly.
