Title tag in modal

The title tag in the modal always displays Plugin:, also if theme info is being viewed.
Also, as you can see below the info is displayed on 2 separate lines.

We can remove the Plugin: and simply display plugin or theme name only?
Because at this point user is already at Plugins or Themes page (so IMO no need to display Plugin: or Theme:).

In that case this would be enough (source here):
title = header ? header : wp.i18n.__( 'Details' );
