fuse suggestion

NOTE: This was for an issue in previous revisions, but sill would be good practice.

Consider adding an appropriately small fuse to prevent "runaway" situations with the power adapter. The previous power supply failures tripped the thermal fuse in the recommended Jamco transformer and the circuit threw out quite a bit of smoke before it tripped.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've been thinking about doing this in a future revision of the meter. There are small fuses that will trip before reaching the other electronics.
