`0.2.6` Release

0.2.6 features some minor improvements over 0.2.5, including a world-age patch to make Olive compatible with julia 1.12. In addition, this version (finally) implements build_base_tab and the same concept for tab_controls. There are also small measurable improvements to include cells and their projects.
