Screen Flash Changing Lines While Transcribing

Every time I move forward and backward that is a screen flash and only the bottom image has animation. It was tough to capture in a screen shot, you will experience it if you go transcribe. Here's some proof where I caught it being goofy. It goes black and changes height a couple times which is noticeable.
