The current link on the CelestiaProject organisation points to what appears to be a dead Twitter account. I think we should change it to the BlueSky account at https://bsky.app/profile/celestiaproject.bsky.social instead. Thoughts?

I support adding Bluesky account, but there is an active Twitter account: https://x.com/CelestiaProject
And technically, it has more than twice as many followers (350 vs 150)
I think it's reasonable to add it too?

After recent developments, I am more than perfectly fine with NOT linking to Twitter/X.
