Feature request: floodfill for segmentation

Hi thanks for this brilliant labeling software. I'm using this software to label images for segmentation, lots of the features that I would like to segment are very different in colour than the background feature. Would it be possible to use a floodfill or magic wand tool to select objects. It would be good also if it had functionality to deselect some of the background also?
