Advanced map selection features

1. Display measured SWOT parameters when features are selected on the map.
2. Visualize nodes within a reach. Nodes have upstream and downstream id that can be used to query data for multiple areas.
3. Display active NWIS gauges on the map. Display their data when selected.
4. Gage current conditions should appear in pop-up when a gage is selected. Look at the national water dashboard for an example.
