HUC data for North America Data group not appearing

I need to select a specific river basin, in this case Mohawk River Basin, in the U.S. HUC data, but that data is not available. The attribute table has 2264 rows and many field but all are empty except FID and FID0. How do I get the HUC data? There should be "HUC" under the "U.S. HUC" layer.
