Using Steam to register

It would be pretty cool to have a registration which is working with the Steam API, this would prevent fake accounts to a minimum.

I used http://hybridauth.sourceforge.net/ on vacstatus. works pretty well.

to that getOwnedGames thingy. I don't think we actually need that, that's more like playing around with the API as being useful
