Visualization changes

Just some ideas that are totally unnecessary, but might make the visualizations a bit easier for me personally. I will work on these when I have some free time or maybe tag in Zoe.

• Find a way to identify the UP and TR sapflow in the legend because it is hard to tell right now
• Put IDs on the Teros so we know which one is which
• Change the colors on the Teros to match synoptic / tempest color schemes
• Consider switching the aquatroll graphs to the Peter Regier system so that these graphs match his weekly checks on just the trolls
• Change the colors in the aquatroll graphs to match the synoptic / tempest color schemes and have the in/out of water on top

Also:

• fix Teros Up / SWAMP not showing color
• Fix AQ600 plots
• Add SWAMP/ UP to AQ600 so they don't show up as NA
• Add an ID maybe in the squares where there shouldn't be data? ie at GCW UP there shouldn't be a troll there (bc its on TMP and it can be confusing)
• Fix REDOX colors and IDs for TEMPEST
• Fix TEROS colors for TEMPEST
• We don't need to plot everything for the sonde - let's pick a list of things that we want to plot and only plot those

Ideas for Zoe to edit site checks code:

• Find a way to identify the UP and TR sapflow in the legend because it is hard to tell right now - might just be including the tree number range in the graph title - ZR added the Plot to the legend (UP, TR, SWAMP)
• fix Teros Up / SWAMP not showing color - ZR saw that the Logger number for the SWH SWAMP Teros changed from 423 to 424 and that's probably why they're not matching up. Changed this in the code but maybe it should be fixed in the metadata? The NA lines in each Site are sensors where the Logger + Port numbers don't match anything in the metadata. Not sure if these are actual sensors?
• Color Redox by depth (darker colors with deeper probes?)
• Put IDs on the Teros so we know which one is which - does this mean the actual ID, like "T-CB-65", and do we also want the depth?
• Change the colors on the Teros to match synoptic / tempest color schemes - is this color scheme listed somewhere? I know we have specific colors for each zone, but this would be by depth
• Consider switching the aquatroll graphs to the Peter Regier system so that these graphs match his weekly checks on just the trolls

• Add plot of percent data transmission like Peter does - This doesn't work for TEMPEST and I'm not sure why
• Fix TEMPEST Teros to show colors by depth like Synoptic
• Fix TMP TEROS sensor plot so it shows the depths - what does TEROS A-C mean? Need to match to the metadata, but currently only using the Port and Logger data to match.
• Does TMP Have AQ600 and AQ200 and are there two AQ200s in the F plot?
