GWI and SWH sometimes plotting Jan 2025 to Current 2025

I noticed that at GWI and SWH the data is being plotted from January through the current data, but often the graph is empty until current data. This is something to do with table.naming issues according to @roylrich. I am still trying to wrap by head around it.

Not a critical issue, but something I will work on when there is time.

Talked to @roylrich and this happens because there are some instances where program updates or power glitches make the logger collect all data at once and this can add previous dates to the current data folder.

We should add a line to the data read in that will take the current date and only keep dates that are from the last 7 or 8 days so that when we plot we don't get a graph that goes back to January. @bpbond I can likely handle this, but it might be clunky. I will give it a try when I have a chance.

Thanks @wilsonsj100 . That makes sense, as does your solution -- right, by design this tool is to look at most recent X days, so we can screen out older data when reading.

Free suggestion: I would probably implement this is a Quarto parameter, e.g. DATA_WINDOW: "7 days" so it's easy to change if users want.
