I QAQC'd the TEMPEST Iron samples I just ran (the ones that were already acidified with a pH <= 3). The standard curve I ran right after I made the standards on 20260218 was amazing, and then the one I ran on 20260219 was not as good, with some poor lower standards and the intercepts out of the typical range, as well as poor reduction efficiency. It might have just been poor pipetting, or a scratch on the plate that caused reading issues. Need to go back and see if I can remove any standard points that were way off and fix the standard curve.
