SPE Weighted DOC data

@amyerspigg sorry but can you re-explain here what you need for the SPE to make life easier from upcoming DOC samples. We can change for future data processing.

Should be able to calculate DOC in the pooled samples if we have volumes of each sample put into the pool and then the concentrations of each of those. tagging @jk1618 for her opinion
