Search by tag or category

Hello

I am trying to find a way to allow users to search posts by tag or category but this search won't consider those at the moment. Is there a way of extending the search so that it takes those into account?

No immediate way that I know of personally, but I have to believe it'd be able to be done in the long run. Just need to have someone implement it.
