Is there an easy way to get instantaneous home consumption

I was looking for a sensor that provides this value, as seen in the app, but I can’t seem to find it. Am I due a visit to Specsavers?

It's a derived value from:

House Load = total_inputs - total_outputs - total_loads

And MyEnergi don't include non-green energy sources.

You can have sensors for:
Grid (Input)
Solar CT (Input)
Eddi CT (Output)
Zappi CT (Output)
Battery CT (Input or Output depending on sign)

So relatively easy to implement a House Load sensor

Along the same lines the 3.3kW of Solar would be useful too.

In my case I have 4kW of AC coupled Solar that is is reported via the Solar CT input but I have another 7kW of DC coupled solar connected to the Libbi. In my case, within the App shown above the solar reported is the total of both. It would be great if I could expose the Libbi DC coupled Solar either in total or even better for each string (PV1 and PV2).

You should find an entity for the Libbi if solar is fitted to either of its string inputs, but it's DC current only, but not solar DC voltage so there's no power, and therefore you'd need to have a guess at the DC voltage to calculate power and then energy, typically 39v x panel, so if you have 12-panels use 12x14=168v DC
