please remove the "$" signs from README's code blocks #3323

Hi, it would be nice to be able to actually use the "copy code" button provided by Github and just paste the installation commands on the terminal, but since you added an obsolete $ sign before every command, it makes it useless, since it will copy everything and also put it in one line, making it very friction-inducing.

(obsolete in the sense that adding a $ prefix to commands dates to the pre-code blocks era, when you needed to make it obvious that you were talking about shell commands)
