Error when typing /wb fill

When i'm usin /wb fill to generate world i got this error in console and nothing starts

Task #6860 for WorldBorder v1.9.10 (beta) generated an exception
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Chunk not there when requested: UNLOADED

My server version is paper 1.18.1 #73
