[Doubt] River formation

I adore this mod. thank you so much for your hard work, But I did detect something mistake (maybe?)

I found some terrain very similar to a river, long enough and broad enough, but no water. I'm not sure if these dry rivers were made on purpose or a mistake.

I was using biome of any size and continents four times the size.
I was using Climatic Realistic.
I also used the JustEnoughIDs Mod and I don't know if it's incompatible with it.
Version used: 2.17.3
